Custom programs are offered through the Train Heroic mobile phone or Ipad App for individuals considering a career in Military or Law Enforcement, or for current serving operational professionals.
Each program will track individual progressions and load management, including daily readiness prior to commencement of each session.
For your convenience, instructional videos are included for all movements, with coaching cues and demonstrations.
You will also have direct communication with Jeremy through the app after each session via messaging.

Recruit Ready is aimed at physically and mentally preparing you for pre-entry physical gateways and academy training. Recruit Ready will be tailored to your specific choice of occupation and have you ready to achieve success with any physical testing requirements and withstand the rigours of the Academy.

Respond Ready ensures you are physically ready for your occupational role/task 365 days of the year.
The focus of Respond Ready is to optimise occupational performance by enhancing strength, power and energy systems to have you ready for any specific internal testing or operational task.

Selection Ready is your specialist selection course preparation program, and is designed to focus on evidenced based strength and conditioning periodisation methods, specific for the specialist workforce selections in Military Special Forces & Police Tactical/SWAT.
We develop our plans from years of coaching experience that is supported by research and the success of both the men and women who have adapted and bought into the MXA 177 Selection Ready methodology.
