Military Special Forces & Police Tactical Selection courses are designed to specifically test your physical capacity and mindset over various days and weeks.
The aim of this 12 week program is to enhance the overall physical preparedness of individuals requiring to not only pass the pre-entry physical tests, but be conditioned for selection.
This program will maximise force, optimise power, and increase metabolic outputs with 4 conditioning options and 3 full body strength sessions weekly.
Conditioning sessions will include, running, swimming, rucking/load carriage.
Strength sessions will focus on foundational and pre-habilitation movements having you Selection Ready.
