Tactical professionals must be prepared to perform physically demanding and arduous occupational tasks, that require the ability to run, jump, crawl, climb, push, pull and carry with maximal exertion.
The aim of this 12 week program is to develop maximal strength and power for the tactical professional, to have them Strong & Ready. The 4 full body sessions per week will focus on hypertrophy, strength & power while underpinned by the 6 foundational movements of the, hinge, squat, pull, push, lunge and carry.
